Net-Nets

Benjamin Graham's most conservative valuation screen. A net-net is a company trading below its net current asset value (NCAV) — current assets minus all liabilities. The fixed assets, the brand, the workforce, and the customer relationships are being given away for free. A hard solvency gate (positive FCF or net cash position) filters out companies unlikely to survive.
